The change of the human life energy of water and fire is similar to the energy change of Mother Earth, so what is the effect of the change of the human body’s Qi and Blood? The answer is the moon.
Human beings obtain energy from the universe and begin the process of life-“性命” in the gestation and nourishment of the mother’s body. This life-“性命” is transformed into “性情” during the interaction of the acquired nature with the environment and people around after birth.
“性情”, the combination of the “性”-the innate characters and the essential body from the universe; and the “情”-the temperament that develop after birth. It reflects human emotions. As a great part of human acquired life, human emotions are closely connected with Qi and Blood.
How to understand this definition and relationship? Using a modern term, there is a boss of human’s Qi and Blood. It dominates and presides over the whole life, including Qi and Blood, and human emotions. This boss lives in the human body, never leaves. Where does it live? This boss lives in the human heart, in the human head.
Qi and Blood and emotions are the innate life’s external reflections. They are like another twin brothers, mutual influence, mutual control, mutual dependence, and mutual transform between each other.
In Chinese culture, instead of saying that women come from Venus, they say that women are like water. The woman is Kun. The woman is Kan. Women give birth to a new life, just like the Yang comes out of the Kan, in the middle of Yin.
Women are naturally born with tenderness like water. And women are emotional. The fluid circulation system greatly influences and determines a woman’s temperament, personality, and emotions. This effect is manifested in a woman’s menstrual cycle.
All people on earth will not deny that the moon’s revolving around the earth affects the ebb and flow of water on the earth, the waters in the ocean, the water in the river, the water in the stream, the water in the well, the water underneath the ground, the water in the air…The water level in the well must be much higher on a full moon night than on a dark night. Don’t forget, there is water in human body too.
A woman’s menstruation is an external manifestation of a woman’s body fluid circulation. Once every 28 days, it completely follows the moon’s orbiting cycle around the earth. If menstruation does not follow this 28-day cycle, it indicates that some Qi and Blood are blocked somewhere in a woman’s body. Cycles that are too short and too long are bad for women’s health. And amenorrhea, mostly accompanied by fear of cold, cold hands and feet, is a manifestation of the accumulation of a large amount of Yin Qi in a woman’s abdomen, where Yang Qi could hardly be stimulated. Cold hands and feet indicate poor blood microcirculation in the body. Infertility is the cumulative consequence of a woman’s Qi and Blood disorder.
The physical condition of a woman in her menstrual period is a complete Kun status. A woman is in a Yin state from the inside to the outside of the body. As the Yang Qi is the weakest during these days, it is very easy to catch a cold, get sick. Since the inside of the body is in Yin, if a woman drinks or eats cold food during these days, the body will store that coldness somewhere, and at a high possibility in the abdomen, or in the reproductive organs directly.
To women, this week is like the dark nights without the moonlights. Because of the physical condition in the few days of menstruation, women’s mood will be lower and quieter. But, the menstrual period is also the best time for a woman to detoxify her body. Regular cleaning and replacement of blood in the body is a great good thing for human health. And it is always true that in extreme Yin, Yang quietly occurs and functions in the middle of Yin, just that humans might not be able to notice and understand it.
It should take seven days to completely end the menstrual period. And on the seventh day, a Yang will quietly start inside the Yin. It is exactly the same as how the first Yang-Yao rises in our Mother Earth’s energy cycle. And this is the day a woman’s new shining and beautiful cycle starts. In a week starting from this day, women will feel comfortable, happy, a light body, flexible mind, efficient in doing things, everything is so smooth, and no matter how big difficulties can all be naturally faced with a very optimistic and positive attitude. If analyzing this from the perspective of the “Yi Jing”, women’s entire body and emotions are developing into a Tai status these days. The second Hexagram in below figure is the Tai.
Four weeks of a woman’s menstrual cycle
As the woman is in a complete Tai status, it means everything is good, everything is moving just smoothly for her now. And her body naturally is ready for a new life, and her egg is ready at the end of this week, at her full moon day, at the most romantic and beautiful night. This is the time for a new Qian life to start in her body. To further be ready, in the next week, her body is complete in a Qian status, full of Yang Qi energy, which is the best energy in supporting the smooth implantation of the fertilized egg in the uterus. And these days, women are in a good physical and emotional mood, with sunshine, passion, tolerance, and fraternity.
Only in order to give birth to a new life, should a woman’s normal menstrual cycle pause. The influence of the moon on the human body will only be put on hold for a new life created by the sun and the earth’s energy to come into the world. If the egg is not fertilized, the woman’s next week will continue its normal cycle, moving into an upside-down Tai status, a Pi status we will talk about in Book II.
Unfortunately, this is a completely different, upside-down status from the Tai week. Women change into a very moody week and will feel uncomfortable, unhappy, a heavy body, iced mind, inefficient in doing things, everything is so stuck, and no matter how small matters are, they are easy to make women get angry. All the discomforts in the body will be amplified and manifested at this time. For example, the cold Yin Qi accumulated in the abdomen will be manifested as abdominal pain, the accumulation of Yin Qi or turbid gas in the breast will be manifested as breast distending pain, and the accumulation of blocked Qi and Blood in the waist will come out as obvious low back waist pain, the same kind of accumulation in other parts of the body will be revealed as if under a magnifying glass too. This is very depressing, right? Yes, it is. It is a time a woman can easily get very stressed and depressed.
But, women with strong Yang energy are sensitive to feel the energy change in their body, and they can understand this periodical cycle change of their body and are able to control their reactions, their emotions. It would be a miracle that when women can control their emotions but not stuck in depression, they can have strong Yang energy, and as a result, less Yin Qi will accumulate in their body, and their bodies have smooth Qi and Blood. They do not have cold hands and feet. They do not have chronic abdominal pains. They do not have abdominal pains. They have a very regular menstrual cycle. They have beautiful and shining skin. They have a soft and healthy body. They feel happy, too.
This control of self-reactions and emotions are conducted by the human heart and head. It is a human’s spiritual light that is the only thing that can ignite human happiness and better health. Not doctors. Not medicines. Not too much muscle exercises. Not money. Not power. Not food.
How about our men? Men have no menstrual cycle, and are they also affected by the moon’s movement? If their body is mostly water, they are off course.
Women’s psychological fluctuations are mostly related to the menstrual cycle. Although men do not have obvious menstrual cycles like women’s periods, they also have a regular biological cycle of about a month, which is reflected in periodic emotional lows. Every month, men will have a few days uncharacteristically. They either love to make a fuss or say nothing, or they just feel they can’t get up to work, and nothing seems right.
This “low tide” phenomenon in men is actually a biological rhythm change, which is the result of changes in male body hormone levels. As part of human body fluid circulation, body hormone is regarded as human water in Taoism’s theories. It is reasonable to understand that both man and woman’s emotions and body are influenced by the moon, through their hormone and fluid circulation systems.
Compared with men, women are less likely to suffer from cerebral thrombosis, heart disease and other diseases related to blood and body fluid circulation, which have a great relationship with women’s long-term blood renewal and women’s ability to vent their emotions.
If the woman is like water in human life, is the man like the fire in human life too?
Compared with women, men are indeed sunnier and more energetic. Men are indeed more divergent and surging like fire. Even the basal body temperature of men is higher than the average basal body temperature of women. A woman is like water, which is a hurdle in itself and can nurture life. What about men? Men are gentle by nature. The masculinity manifested in men is inherently used to tolerate, care, and protect the people around them. This heart of care and love is the greatest value of a man’s existence, and it is also the life meaning of a man’s life being the fire energy like Li. The one line of Yin-Yao in this Li of a man’s life is Yin, is a woman in the middle of the heart of a man. Only a home can make a dashing man settle down.
A woman, as gentle as water, but also as tough as water, has a strong heart beneath her gentleness. Nothing can cut off the water. When a woman’s child or family or something that a woman loves is violated, the masculine and bravery shown by the woman can make the tiger and the lion shrink.
The magic of the universe is that it always puts complementary and mutually exclusive transacting two matters together. There is no absolute Yang, and there is no absolute Yin. It is impossible that there is only Yang and no Yin; or only Yin and no Yang.
Woman is the water and man is the fire. A family is like fire cooking the water. There is an interesting metaphor about a woman and a man’s energy. Taoists have a saying that women’s body energy center is above their waist. If we look at a woman’s walk, they are waving their waist when they walk to make the balance. Their walk can be like a dance, like flying, light and precarious. If their walk seems to be like heavy steps, something is wrong with their body.
While for a man, their body energy center is in their abdominal area, lower than their waist. And when they walk, their knees take more of the weights for the balance. Men are born to have the capability to stand for hours without any movement since their energy center of the body is much lower than women. And it is a really tough thing for a woman to stand for hours still. This is said to be the reason why men suffer more knee problems than women. When a man’s knees are not healthy, they have a really big problem with their life energy and health.
Water has the innate character to nourish downward and fire has the innate character to heat upward. When a family works as a unit, the wife will follow the husband, like the earth following the sun. This is not to say that women are oppressed or belittled, but because many of the congenital conditions of women need the protection of masculine men. But within a family, when the husband tries to praise the wife, putting the wife on top of the center of the family, very naturally this family will be extremely happy and happier.
On the contrary, if the husband thinks that he is the head of the family, he must be aloof and instill this mindset between words and actions to the whole family. This will be an inverted Tai Hexagram status, an inverted Jiji Hexagram status, that water energy and fire energy could not interact, and various misfortune and unhealthy will follow.
The universal laws apply to everything at all times automatically and unconditionally.
What is “天人合一”, the so-called unity of the heaven, earth, and human”?
The “天” sky here stands for nature and the universe. “人” people stand for us, the whole human being. “一” one, means unity. The word “合” has many meanings.
In modern society, “合” has the meanings of “combination”, “cooperation”, “reasonable”, “conforming”, and so on. So, what is the most ancient meaning of the word “合”? In the original ancient Chinese culture, “合” means that in the solar system, when a planet moves in line with the sun and the earth, and when the earth is in the position between the sun and the planet, it is called “combination –合”.
Although these four characters are directly saying the unity between humans and heaven, ancestors regarded the earth as part of heaven. So, when we are talking about the unity of humans and heaven, it actually means the unity among heaven, earth, and people.
In today’s society, as well as in the old centuries, the most hegemonic view in the world is that: human beings are the most unique life on earth with self-awareness and innovative thinking capability. The talent is given to humans to use, develop, and even rule, conquer and expand their living space, and to empower their power to control earth lives, not only animals and plants but also other human races on the earth that are not of their own kind. It is not difficult to assume that when people express these arguments that they take for granted, they are full of exciting, upward, divergent, blatant, and fiery energy. Thus, it would be very reasonable that some people may ask: Heaven is heaven, and human is human. How can heaven and humans be brought together as one? How can heaven and humans be in a united relationship?
We admit that modern humans are very smart and talented, and their ability to understand and apply things is far beyond the reach of the ancients in the barbaric era. Therefore, for modern humans, it is just like spending a little leisure and relaxation time after a meal to give ourselves a little time and space to read and understand why the ancients proposed the theory of the unity of nature and humans…
The ancients were not entangled with trivial matters every day like modern people, nor did they have so many entertainments and daily distractions. In addition to solving their survival problem, their time and energy can be used to observe, record, and study the changes and movements of the world to find the most effective way for humans to adapt to further development.
The wisdom of the ancients is unimaginable, and the results of the magical accumulation effects over time of their long-term achievements are amazing.
Without civilization written words, papers, neither talking about computers, telescopes, and without guaranteed three meals a day, even without a stable home, the ancients could accurately describe how the operation of solar system of Jupiter, Mars, Saturn, Venus and Mercury, as well as the sun and moon impact on the earth’s human beings and the entire earth’s environment. Considering such circumstances, all the knowledge they left us is worthy of our serious and humble sitting at the desk, studying and thinking.
The ancients long discovered that the unique time period of the world is related to the specific position of the earth in the solar system, such as day and night, 24 solar terms, four seasons, and years.
Day and night are the cycles of the earth’s rotation.
A year is the period of the earth’s revolution around the sun.
A month is the period of the moon’s revolution around the earth.
The four seasons are because when the earth rotates and revolves around the sun, there is a rotation angle.
Behind these time rhythms of solar terms and four seasons is the displacement change of the solar energy radiation received by the earth, through day and night, and through the four seasons of a year. Therefore, the changes of the four seasons of heaven and earth have the characteristics of consistent movement, and the rhythm of human physiological functions also changes with the movement of the four seasons of heaven and earth.
Human body is said to have about 365 acupoints, while there are 365 days in a year.
Human body has 4 limbs, while there are 4 seasons in a year.
Human body has 12 meridians, 12 pairs of cranial nerves, while there are 12 months in a year, and 24 hours in a day for modern people, and there were 12 hours a day for our ancestors since their one hour was our two hours; and there are 24 solar terms in a year, 12 of them is about the earth’s rotation cycle and the other 12 of them are about the change processes of the earth’s energy absorption and radiation.
Human body has 7 orifices for the senses, while there are 7 days in a week…
People in the Middle of Heaven and Earth
Referring back to the above figure of a typical 3-Yao Hexagram, the unity between heaven, earth, and human, are well reflected on the human body through all these numerical studies related to time systems and geographic systems, and the sun and the moon are playing very important roles in all these systems.
“Yellow Emperor’s Inner Canon” described the circadian rhythm, the 7-day rhythm, the seasonal rhythm, the annual rhythm, the 60-years rhythm of human physiology and pathology. And there is a very interesting point that animals and humans have pregnancy cycles multiples of 7 days:
Chicken hatching eggs: 7×3 = 21 days
Cat pregnancy: 7×9 = 63 days
Rabbit pregnancy: 7×4 = 28 days
Tiger pregnancy: 7×15 = 105 days
Human pregnancy: 7×40 = 280 days
The ancient treatise stated that catching a cold, without treatment, as long as no complications, it can heal on its own in generally 7 days, otherwise extending to 7xn, 14 or 21 days, based on the body conditions and external conditions. They took the 7th day of a situation as a day for things to change into another complete situation. Does this have anything to do with the Six-Yao Hexagrams which defines the 7th stage of a situation as a new situation? Is it a coincidence that Christian Sunday is a rest day or an energy recovery day? Is it just a coincidence that both in the western and eastern cultures of human kind the 7th day means the new start of a new situation?
But, how does this universal law of 7-day rhythm develop? It is developed by the interaction of the earth and the moon.
The traditional Chinese lunar calendar has 4×7=28 days per month. It reflects the 4 tides in a month. Human ancestors originated from the ocean, most of the human body is composed of water, so the 7-day rhythm of the human body can also be regarded as the tide rhythm.
Following the natural changes, everything has a tidal effect, but only water has the strongest tidal effect. An important way of the energy cycle on the earth, flourishing the whole world, is through the water cycle, that is, the sun’s irradiation, the transpiration of seawater, the transportation of clouds, the falling back of rain and snow, and the convergence of land, returning from the river to the sea.
From this, can we refer to water that can more strongly absorb natural energy? Do changes in the energy of nature also affect the earth mainly through the water’s acting on the earth? The answer should not be a complete no. But according to the “Yi Jing”, water has a wider descriptive meaning. It not only represents the water, but also represents the Yin energy that is carried by Kan.
In the middle of a Kan, there is the rising Yang energy… Read More
From the Taoist’s rigorous and rich description of Qi, Yin and Yang: In the vast universe, tens of billions of years ago, some forms of huge air current slowly liquefied and accumulated under the impetus of a huge energy force. As the energy density flows further, the liquefied matter was mutually absorbed and condensed. This huge liquid mass slowly solidified and wrapped together, and a three-dimensional structure began to appear, as the measurement of the space, and evolving into a sphere. Under the interaction of various internal and external energies, with its own energy density flow internally and externally, its movement started its rotating, and then very slowly a fixed structure with the east, the west, the north, and the south, the inside, and the outside began to periodically and physically appear in a certain way, accompany its rotations and its energy fields.
While the thermal energy in the center of the earth gradually stabilized, the surface became a relatively low-temperature structure. Under the action of energy flow, the liquid matter differentiated into a variety of different energy elements, the sprouting Five Essential Elements of the very young earth started to merge.
As a new life in the universe, although alternatively, it might be just one little cell on a huge body, the earth started to “breath”. It started to absorb and release its own energy between its internal and external. The essential elements moved and formed into new objects and new lives following the earth’s energy flow.
This was about the time plants started to exist on a very young liquidized earth while some of the Five Essential Elements formed into the mountains, mantle, and oceans. Over billions of years, the young earth not only can breathe between internal and external through its energy absorbing and releasing, but it also has its circulatory system and muscles, the rivers, and underground air and fluids. The geological layers of the earth began to form. While the earth was growing, deep in its water, some new kinds of lives started their existence.
Taoism thinks that the original innate energy that forced the bulk forms of liquid to gather together was Qian, which is infinite and everlasting, also called Tao. And the liquid was like Kan, which carries the energy from Qian and formed into the early liquid earth Kun. Baby earth stored the Qian Yang in the deep center of it. This Yang energy was earth’s essential acquired energy Li. This gives us a very easy way to understand that Kan means the water, Li means the fire.
What about human embryonic development? Is it following the same development process as how Mother Earth got her birth and growth? Just like how a generation inherites life codes through DNA from the older generations? It’s similar as described in how a new life could be generated in Taoism books. But today, with modern medicine and life sciences, we can tie them together.
Father’s sperm, carrying Yang energy from the universe, active and strong, swims in a liquid environment to meet mother’s egg, still and soft, with its Yin characters. Only when a force of strong innate Qian merged with the active sperm shall the sperm and egg be fertilized into a new life. This new life starts from the mother’s abdomen, the north, the Kan, gets nurtured by the mother’s Qi and Blood. The new life is like a vigorous, tempting, and thriving force of up-forward growing new energy, and has all the characters of Yang Qi energy. The new life first appears as a group of cells in a liquid environment, then the head and heart started to appear, which belong to Li. With life’s fire started from water, Kan, the other organs follow to appear as well as the four limbs, finally the skin. Once the birth is given, it starts its full acquired Kun life.
According to modern science, the human body is a microcosm of the earth. Water occupies 70% of the earth’s surface and 70% of the human body, and their chemical compositions are similar. By analogy to humans, we know that natural changes mainly affect the human body through water that acts on the human body. The many physiological cycles of a person are a microcosm of the natural cycle in the human body.
The meridian theory of Chinese medicine describes channels based on water circulation. And the ancestor’s highest wisdom is in categorizing human moral spirits as the same as the innate natural energy force, the fire energy.
Now, can we say that the universe is the greatest magician, and humans are in incredible perfect harmonized unity with nature?
Because Mother Earth rotates at a certain oblique angle while revolving around the sun, day and night are produced; spring, summer, autumn, and winter are produced.
The ancestors discovered this secret a long time ago and derived from this the law of movement of heaven, the earth, the sun, the moon, and everything in the universe. They had mastered the secrets of the absorption and divergence of the earth’s energy and thus revealed the laws of human energy changes and the natural laws of birth, old age, sickness, and death. They have an in-depth analysis and description of the rotation angle and tilt angle of Mother Earth.
They believed that the earth is an organism, and she is surrounded by a circle of energy. We know from modern physics that the energy field surrounding the earth outside is called the geomagnetic field. There are different opinions about the reasons for the earth’s magnetic field today, but there is no one that can be the broad convincing argument.
As discussed here, the northern hemisphere and the southern hemisphere of the earth have a mutual energy change pattern difference due to the seasonal changes of the earth’s energy. This energy difference makes the northern and southern hemispheres like the positive and negative poles of a huge battery. With such a large energy difference, when the earth rotates at a very fast speed, as revealed by the electromagnetic induction effect in physics, it will produce a strong magnetic field. Can this explain the source of the earth’s magnetic field at some point?
The rotation of the Great Mother Earth provides the electromagnetic field foundation for the development of human culture on earth and is the source of all modern technologies. What is the frequency of this energy field of Mother Earth?
When human beings enter the state of meditation, when all the connections between the human body and the material world are closed, when only the energy interaction between the water of life and the fire of life is allowed, the entire human body is completely connected to the universe.
Is the human frequency generated at this moment consistent with the frequency of Mother Earth? Is it consistent with the frequency of the universe? Humans are only a small part of nature.
In the old society thousands of years ago, there was no modern communication, no sufficient material supply, neither any good nor enough life supplies during the war years. The mere problem of water resources for survival in the wild for armies was a matter of the survival of not only the army but also the country.
But, in those ancient times, Taoists understood the breathing and circulatory system of Mother Earth, and they had very clever ways to determine the source of groundwater in those wild areas.
In ancient China, when marching and fighting, thousands of troops traveled long distances and carried large amounts of wormwood. Especially when they were in the northwest plateau and desert, they would first dig a huge deep hole, burn wormwood at the bottom of the hole, and observe the distant surroundings. After a while, they could see smoke coming out of other places. Then they dug deep at that smoking place, they knew they would definitely get water.
Why is it wormwood? How did the ancestors discover this? It is related to the knowledge of Chinese herbal medicine.
In ancient times, some great sorcerers had magical powers. Shen Nong tasted over a hundred grasses and picked out wormwood for some special body disease and pain treatment.
Taoism and Chinese pharmacology describe wormwood as ventilating. After the mugwort ignited, it sends out the warmth and penetrating. This warmth does not hurt, it is like a mother’s love.
This is the reason why moxibustion uses wormwood wool. Ancestors also discovered that the heat generated by the burning air of wormwood has the ability to travel through “spaces” both in the body of Mother Earth and in the body of humans. In the human body, it can carry heat energy to the “space” blocked by Yin Qi, and slowly dissolve the blockage. As a result, the Qi is ventilated, and the blood circulation is smoothened.
In Mother Earth’s body, they know the Qi and water circulation are inseparable like twin brothers, where the Qi reaches, where the water circulation arrives. Like mother, like children, because the human body has exactly the same energy Qi and Blood system as our Mother Earth.
Now, modern science is able to experiment that after the mugwort is ignited, its Qi can resonate harmonically with the human’s Qi, and its wavelength is the closest to the human body so that the human body can easily accept it, allowing the moxibustion Qi to penetrate deeper.
Why do we always call Qi and Blood together? It is because they are inseparable from each other. Where should this bring us to if we try to understand our Mother Earth’s Qi and Blood, our Mother Earth’s air breath, and water circulation? How this is related to climate change and environmental issues?
Einstein, “Science without religion is lame, religion without science is blind.” Ancients and philosophers realized that the world consists of two opposite and unified parts, the inner self and the outer world; and human life is a process of constantly seeking unity in opposition to changes in the external world.
The law of nature is a unity of opposites and unity between the individual and the environment. The infinite vastness of nature serves as God and determines the life and death of everyone.
Every existence has an innate resistance, expansion, and the nature of constantly expanding its sphere of influence. To real nature, humans are the same as all other things: has a spirit of resistance to live.
We live in a society. Following its trend, society will give us the strength to grow stronger. And it will punish us sooner or later on our violation. People are not only part of society, but more importantly part of nature. Diseases and disasters are warning and reminders, also punishments.
Can we escape the law of life and death? No matter how advanced science is, it is impossible, just like we cannot change sunrise and sunset, half-moon and full moon, spring, summer, autumn, and winter; BUT, we can choose how to live a life. With #love.❤️💧
Hatha Yoga’s practitioners think that Siddhasana, the perfect sitting position, is the most important posture among all postures.
According to the philosophy of yoga, there are 72,000 meridians (Sanskrit nadi, meaning meridians and channels) in the body, and the Qi of life (Sanskrit Prana) circulates in these meridians. This posture helps clear meridians and make them unobstructed.
With the whole body shaped like a Pyramid, we set our body as a static energy collector that gathers cosmic energy: “block” mouth and ears, “close” eyes and nose, focus all attention on slow breath, inhale to absorb energy slowly down to the belly, exhale to let go the turbits.
“Breathe to the umbilicus, live to the #longevity.” By locking Qi & Blood in the pelvic area, it flourishes our digestive, circulatory and reproductive systems, and strengthen our legs.
What if we keep in this posture when we read, write, …work on computers? That can be hours a day, with free access to meditation at any time, the most peaceful time of our #consciousness.
Ancient Chinese observed the universe law: Human body has 365 acupoints, while 365 days/year; 4 limbs, 4 seasons/year; 12 meridians, 12 months/year; 24 vertebrae, 24 solar terms/year; 7 orifices, 7 days/week…
“HuangDi NeiJing” described the circadian rhythm, 7-day rhythm, seasonal rhythm, annual rhythm, 60-years rhythm of human physiology and pathology.
Animals and humans have pregnancy cycles multiples of 7 days – human pregnancy 280 days.
The ancient treatise stated that catching a cold, without treatment, as long as no complications, it can heal on its own in generally 7 days, otherwise extends to 7xn, 14 or 21 days.
How does this universal law of 7-day rhythm develop? by the interaction of the sun and the moon! The traditional Chinese lunar calendar has 4×7=28days/month, and 4 tides in a month.
Human ancestors, originated from the ocean, most of the body is composed of water, so the 7-day rhythm of human body can also be regarded as the tide rhythm.
Human is in perfect harmony with nature!
When we #practice, we take advantage of the situation, is all about following the rules and rhythms.
Settled on the nodes and trends, we multiple the result with half the effort, and work out our dream positively! ☕🌹
