Morning reading inspiration! My biggest pleasure is to share.
There is an old saying: “Half of the health is mental health, half of the disease is mental illness.” The classical Chinese medicine says “All diseases begin in the heart.”
In fact, our mental outlook – mind and heart, not only determines our health but also determines our careers, our families, our relationships and all aspects of life.
And these are closely related to our mood, mentality, emotions, diet, sleep, or risk factors, alcohol, tobacco or other addictive habits.
From a serious point of view: a slight move in one part may affect the situation as a whole.
According to “Nei Jing”, people maintaining a quiet, psychological balance, can maintain naive vitality, maintain the five internal organs in peace and harmony, and help to prevent disease, improve health and prolong life.
On the other hand, it can lead to emotional trauma and internal injury:
Anger hurts the liver;
“Over-happy” hurts the heart;
Missing hurts the spleen;
Sadness hurts the lung;
Fear hurts the kidney.
Emotional trauma may induce a variety of physical and mental disorders.
Let’s maintain our quiet, balanced and positive inner worlds, and pray. 🌹❤️🧘
